The Sassy Seafood boil is not too spicy, not too sweet, but just the right amount of sassy. Moss suggests the following one-pot meal for a delightful seafood feast: 18 small red potatoes, 12 medium white onions (whole and peeled), 12 ears of corn (3 inches long), 2-3 lbs of raw shrimp in the shell, and 1 package of Sassy Seafood boil. To prepare, simply fill a large pot with 1.5 gallons of water, add 3 tablespoons of salt, and bring to a boil. Dump in the package of Sassy Seafood boil and add the potatoes. After 6 minutes, add the onions and bring to a boil for 2 more minutes. Then, add the corn and boil for 12 minutes. Finally, add the shrimp and boil for an additional 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp. Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat and drain the liquid to serve.
